Regal Studio

Regal Media Group, LLC was founded in 2005 as an extension of producer/engineer Eddie Swann and Eddie Swann Productions, with his very first recording studio founded in Asheville in 1972 and his current recording studio starting up in Mills River, near Asheville in 1999. Retired in 2010, Eddie Swann is still involved as a close advisor for special projects.

RMG Studio is located in the town of Mills River in the mountains of Western North Carolina near the Asheville Airport. Excellent accommodations and bus parking are located nearby. The studio occupies the first floor of the original home for Eddie and Linda, with offices located on the second floor along with the residence area.

RMG uses a 64-channel DM-4800 digital Argosy Console and Tri-monitored Sonar X-1 software with a full assortment of soft synths and software plug-ins. We feature Neumann, AKG, Sure, EV, Tube and Octavia microphones. We have a very comfortable studio and control room suite with four tuned isolation rooms, complete with sound-traps, designed with the X-Axis completed through the B-fields and interconnected for eye contact.

RMG Studios works well with several styles of music centered around Southern Gospel, Blue Grass, Contemporary Christian, Praise, Old Time, Popular and Country. We have experience working with many professional, world-class and nationally acclaimed artists, regional semipro artists and we are always interested in reviewing and working with fresh talent with limited experience in recording.

The studio also has manufacturing capabilities for CDRs and DVDRs including professional graphics, printing and packaging for lightning fast turnaround of retail-ready product. Click here for more information.
